* coffee @ 11am
* mushroom and leek risotto - medium @2.30pm
* caramel donut @ 3.30pm
* Coke 600 mls @ 3.30pm
* Hot dog with cheese and hot chilli sauce @ 6.40pm
* Sunkist 325 mls @ 6.45pm
Exercise
* 40 mins on treadmill
* 150 x 23kg abdominal crunch machine
* 50 x 16kg each arm - arm machine
* 50 x 16kg leg extension machine (upper thighs)
* 50 x 16kgs both arms together
* 30 sit ups
Exercise
* 4km walk
Ate
* 2 sandwiches - 11am
* coffee - 11am
* atkins choc bar - 4pm
* 2 sandwiches & plate of soup - 6pm
Day of strenuous exercise cause my muscles were inflamed and hurting.
